A unique, personal and challenging/supportive working partnership that benefits individuals and organisations by improving performance.
It typically develops strategic thinking, accountability and confidence and is focussed on client’s needs. I’m an ILM qualified coach and have 15 years experience coaching leaders, directors and high potential individuals in a wide variety of sectors in career transition, effectiveness in new roles and leadership improvement.
I offer 3, 6 or 12 coaching sessions over a 12 month period.
Clients sometimes prefer coaching by Zoom/MS Teams or Webex, even if face to face is possible.
